We would like to clarify the details of the kind of support you can expect from us in regards to BeePlugin free versions.

Services we cover

How to install and start using our plugins:

We would guide starting from installation to how to use and troubleshoot if any.

Technical support:

Because of the intrinsic nature of software development, we hereby ensure to be error- free of our plugins up to 99%.

It is apparent that we would not be liable for any loss, damage to you or any third party involved.

You agree to BeePlugin team accessing your site to assist you with support as and when required. In some cases, we may need to request for admin access of your website for troubleshooting.

Support for Free Users:

At BeePlugin we are not obliged to provide support for our free users. However, you can visit wp.org to lodge your concern/issue and we will be more than happy to provide help at the earliest.

All Free users can contact us at the WordPress.org forums.

Even if you are a free user and need any kind of plugin development services please feel free to contact our development partner Andolasoft.

Support for Premium users:

We would ensure that Partner Company would answer within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours during weekends.

For Premium user we promise on behalf of our Development partner team to make sure that everything works as expected.

Services we do not cover

BeePlugin reserves the right not to cover the below:

• Modified versions of the plugin by anybody other than our Development partner;
• Custom style modifications (UI/UX/CSS styles) for plugins;
• To help fixing plugin issues on the users infrastructure;
• To troubleshoot any plugin conflicts because of theme;

If you want to hire to help you with customization, we suggest the a bunch of web-wizards at Andolasoft, who are our development partner.

Feature Requests

Though we strive to provide top quality plugins from BeePlugin, however, we believe there is always a room for improvement. Your ideas, feedback and new feature requests are of prime importance and we always look forward to those. Please do share at support@beeplugin.com.
